Yes! Pallets can be picked up during normal business hours at our Jeffersonville, IN facility.
Truckload Orders: These will be shipped using our logistics partners. We negotiate the lowest possible rates for freight!
A business license is not required to make a purchase from us.
Tax Savings: If you have a valid state business license, it will prevent you from paying any applicable sales tax.
APL offers both manifested and unmanifested pallets and truckloads:
Manifested Goods: You will receive a fairly detailed list of items included. The manifests typically include quantity, cost of each item, and a description of the merchandise.
Unmanifested Pallets: We provide the best description possible of the product mix, many pictures, and detailed descriptions. However, APL does not inspect these pallets in detail, making it impossible to have a complete list of all items.
Shipping costs are based on destination, delivery location type, and weight or quantity of goods being shipped.
To get a shipping quote, email us with:
- What type of pallet or truckload you are purchasing
- How many pallets you are purchasing
- Delivery location type (business or residential) and lift gate needs
- The zip code of the delivery location
Delivery Types:
Residential: Any house, apartment complex, or residence
Commercial: Any business location, storage unit, warehouse, or store
Lift-gate: A truck addition that lowers pallets to the ground
Important: All shipping quotes are estimates and will be confirmed once your order is placed.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash (in person purchases)
- VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express debit and credit cards
- Bank Wire transfers
Customer returns are items purchased from brick and mortar stores or online marketplaces that were returned by customers. The condition varies greatly based on each retailer's return policy.
Quality Indicator: The stricter the return policy, typically the better the quality of returned merchandise.
Customer return lots often include a mix of:
- Returned merchandise
- Overstock items
- Seasonal merchandise
- Shelf pulls
- New merchandise
Processing Required: Customer returns require processing, testing, and minor repairs to maximize profit. These lots are not suitable for everyone.
No Warranty: All customer return goods are sold with no warranty or guarantee. Any warranties found with goods are invalid and cannot be legally used.
For most lots and truckloads, buyers are required to deface UPC barcodes and remove stickers from merchandise before reselling.
Item condition depends on the type of lot or truckload you purchase:
Overstock and Shelf Pull Lots: Less than 5% damage rate
Customer Returns: Various conditions with damage rates varying by retailer's return policy
Common item conditions include:
- Defective and/or broken and returned by customer
- Minor cosmetic defects such as scratches or dents
- Out of original package or box
- Missing items such as remotes or hardware
- Items used by store as display
- Damaged or destroyed packaging
- Items removed from shelf by retailer
- Retailer overstocked or out of season items
- Manufacturer discontinued items
- Defaced UPC barcodes that cannot be scanned
